Promising Start, Disappointing End

SASFC conceded a disappointing early goal in the first half. From then on SASFC had most of the play and deserved to go into the break with at least a draw. The second half was a completely different story, SASFC fell apart and Sutton Athletic easy managed to score another four goals.

Another Point, Against Bearstead

SASFC played there best football in some time away at Woodstock Park. They went ahead through a neat Parish finish, but Woodstock equalised through a top corner free kick. Parish added a second from the penalty spot and Wetherly finished it off. The game finished 3-1.

SASFC started well, but were caught out by a retaken freekick which wrong footed Martin. Hill went on to equalise through a header and Wetherly put SASFC 2-1 with a neat finish. However, Meridian equalised in the second half, meaning the game finished 2-2, which both teams taking a point.

SASFC are now unbeaten in four games, although they have draw three of these. Bly scored within four minutes after a looped crossed was pushed on to the bar and fell to Zanone. From then on it was all SASFC, who finally found the equalised in the second half through debutant Ajose.

Draw Against Top Spot Bly

SASFC got off to a flyer, taking the lead in the first minute through Parish against title contenders From then on it was downhill for SASFC. Phoenix  controlled the game and scored three first haf goals. The second half was goalless. Meaning Phoenix ran out comfortable 3-1 winners.

SASFC recorded their seventh draw of the season against fellow draw specialists Bearstead. Parish put the home side ahead in the first half. Bearstead then piled on the pressure and grabbed an equaliser through a curled shot from 20 yards, which sailed beyond Martin into the top corner.
